Miller CNC is an AS9100 and IS0:2008 Registered firm, certified by NQA. Our QC staff recognizes that quality is paramount in manufacturing, and we've developed our processes to eliminate defects while maintaining high levels of efficiency. Our Quality Management System is under constant surveillance and is periodically audited to assure effectiveness and continuous improvement.Since inspection is one of the most important processes to our output, we utilize a climate controlled inspection room isolated from production equipment to insure that we're able to effectively control and accurately measure our parts. All of our inspection equipment, which includes everything from a Brown and Sharpe DC Controlled CMM to dial bore gages, and everything in between, is calibrated to the applicable ANSI/NCSL Z540, ISO 10012, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and is properly maintained. Our inspectors are experienced and well trained to reduce the likelihood of discrepant parts leaving our facility.
