CNC Milling:
Miller CNC has capability to machine components of all types, including
complex aluminum electronics housings, airframe components, and alloy-steel
landing gear parts, among many others. We perform high speed machining
on aluminum, and implement innovative methods like trichordial machining
to maximize material removal rates in harder metals. We specialize in
5-Axis milling and can often complete a complex part in 2 setups that
would otherwise take 10-plus setups on a 3-Axis mill.
CNC Turning:
Miller CNC consistently produces high quality turned parts including
precision pistons, shafts, and fuel system components, to name but a
few. We’re well versed in turning complex parts, including those with
tight tolerance diameters and thin walls that would normally require
grinding. By implementing Twin Spindle Mill-Turn lathes we can efficiently
produce complete parts with milled features in one setup with no handling.

Miller CNC offers turnkey solutions. We offer assembly services as well
as processing. These services include, but are not limited to: Heat
Treat, Grinding, Gundrilling, Chrome, Anodizing, Plating, Painting,
Silkscreen, etc. - all to Military and/or Aerospace Specs. We prefer
partnering with NADCAP approved sources when available. Our ability
to manage a supply chain streamlines the manufacturing process resulting
in shorter lead times and better quality - ultimately offering a better
value to our customer.
