Automotive Part CNC Machining | CNC Machined Auto Parts

We Create Complex CNC Machined Parts For The Automotive Industry

Many automotive machined components are sold directly to the consumer, raising expectations for form/fit/function of CNC machined parts to exceed stock components.

Miller CNC was founded by “motorheads,” so we understand that automotive machined parts need to not only conform to stringent engineering standards, but also adhere to strict aesthetic standards. We leverage our 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining capabilities with years of expertise and ISO9001:2015 and AS9100-certified manufacturing process to create the highest-quality automotive parts on the market.

Why Choose Miller CNC For Automotive Component Manufacturing

With our roots deeply embedded in the automotive industry, we have created systems around part handling, automated deburring/surface finishing, non-contact dimensional inspection, and QC inspection in relation to standardized aesthetics and components. Our 3-axis4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling centers enable us to form mission-critical components with tight tolerances at high repeatability, and our experience working with hard metals has given us the knowledge required to form parts to meet your expectations.

Miller CNC uses AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 REV D-certified, ITAR-registered machining processes to manufacture hard-to-machine metals. We have worked hard to develop a robust AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certified Quality System, which includes companywide utilization of Shoptech E2 ERP system for increased quality control.

CNC Machining Equipment and Software for Accuracy and Precision

In addition to our machining centers, we also have CNC lathes for CNC turning options for high-quality machined parts. We utilize a full 5-axis HyperMill CAM system with machine simulation featuring multi-axis machining, hole feature recognition. This system also allows for milling and turning to take place in one operation, saving set up time during high volume projects. With MasterCAM x2 and Solidworks software, we can quickly manufacture 3D components and utilize 2D drawing functionality to take a component all the way from prototype to manufacturing. Additional software includes PC-DMIS CAD+ software and Shoptech E2 management software.

Automotive Parts From Hard Metals and Specialty Alloys

We use the latest in CNC machining equipment and software to create automotive components from titanium to additional specialty metals for both low and high-volume orders. We can machine multiple stainless steel grades to your specifications, with hard metals including:
