CNC PRECISION MACHINING & MILLING PARTS
Miller CNC machines components to customer specifications. Our CNC precision machining services include parts made from bars, plates, forgings, and castings using 3-axis and 5-axis mills with CNC lathes. We primarily machine Inconel™, titanium, stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic alloys in production lot sizes of 50-1,000 pieces, and we support “turnkey products” by using our tightly managed supply chain of specialty processors and manufacturers. We can manufacture milled components with sizes ranging from a 1 in. cube up to a 36 in. cube and turned parts up to an 18 in. diameter.

Miller CNC machines components to customer specifications. Our scope of work includes machining parts made from bar, plate, forgings and castings using 3 Axis, 4 Axis, and 5 Axis mills along with CNC lathes. We primarily machine Inconel™, titanium, stainless steel, and exotic alloys in production lot sizes of 50-1000 pieces and we support “turnkey product” through using our tightly managed supply chain of specialty processors and manufacturers. Most components we machine are between the size of a baseball and a football, but we can machine components from a 1-inch cube up to a 48-inch length and up to a 14-inch diameter.

Miller CNC supports multi-year LTAs and offers JIT delivery schedules through our adoption of lean manufacturing principles and a reliable ERP capacity planning/scheduling system. Quality Control inspection is completed in a dedicated area using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and calibrated gages of all types. We’re able to achieve consistently great results by continuously improving our team’s capabilities through significant investment in state-of-the-art equipment and software, continuous training of personnel, and a mature quality system focused on process improvement through analyzing established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction measurements..
